4-tune offers a flexible service package, with upgrade and support options, for all products. Any product purchased automatically includes a basic upgrade. You will further benefit from product updates and patches.



Our basic maintenance contract offers the following advantages:

  • Entitlement to all product updates (major releases, minor releases and patches)
  • Access to dedicated product information pages containing FAQs, release notes, downloads, manuals, references, etc.
  • Support in case of disruption via our maintenance form, e-mail or telephone
  • Processing of queries on business days (Monday–Friday 8 am to 12 noon and 1 pm to 6 pm), except on Swiss public holidays



Upon request, we will take over all support roles for your systems, thereby ensuring smooth operations and continuity in day-to-day business. This enables you to overcome even major changes, adaptations or resource constraints. Thanks to our in-house testing setup, laboratory and excellent contacts to manufacturers, we are in a position to solve any problems quickly and efficiently.
